The English Garden Nursery and Pre-school recommends László’s minibus services. Our school bus driver is professional and punctual; also importantly for us we have the same driver everyday so the children know him well and feel confident to travel in his care.

I’ve had the priviledge to have László as our bus driver. As beautiful as Hungary is, as nice as the people are, customer service seems to be their strength, and that is exactly what we travel agents put emphasis on: customer orientated service. László is exceptional as far as customer service goes, he lets us “be kings and queens”. He realizes where the need is and acts without delay. He is extremely flexible, very patient, easy to work with… and this does not change in a stressful situation. He is also great at creating a rapport with the group, he becomes a part of it, but still, he is not intruding or familiar. The way he addresses his customers is very polite and respectful… his British accent adds to the effect. I have not heard any negative feedback from my groups concerning László and his service.
