You have to transport relatives from all over the country? There are guests coming from abroad, who have to be picked up from the airport?

When you are organising a bigger wedding, you might find several problems according to transportation. The wedding planners say that the most difficult part is the coordination. It helps them a great deal if we do it for them. Thanks to our long term relationship, they think of us as partners, when it comes to bus rental.

How does it work?

We pay extra attention to the technical conditions of our buses to decrease the risk factor of a breakdown. We know how important it is to arrive on time, so the schedule won’t be ruined.
The wedding decoration is just as important for us as it is for the couple. We can make sure that the decoration of the buses is in style with the wedding.
• For foreign guests we provide English speaking drivers, so the passengers can feel safe and comfortable.
• If you have children, we’ll make sure they have fun during the journey. They can watch cartoons, listen to music, or simply just have fun.

We’re always on schedule to make sure that everyone gets to the ceremony on time.

The comfort of the passengers is very important for us. We do everything within our power to keep the good mood up.

The numbers of the seats vary: 8-10-12-14-25-50. But we’re always creative.

We don’t just look at the numbers, we think around the box! For longer drives (eg. the destinaton is abroad) we try and put people with common interests together. For sure the journey will be very pleasent for them.

Just a couple examples:

• Mum and baby / Toddler bus (Feeding, changing the diapers, naping)
• Granny and Grandpa bus (pleasant and quiet with many stops)
• Smoking bus (always stops for a cigarette)
• Music bus (keeps the volume up all the time)

And no more chaos with the coat and bags! Everybody takes their things out of the buses when we arrive, as it is not sure at all that on the way back they will be on the same bus.

We collect the names and phone numbers of our passengers and we give the lists to the organisers afterwards. Having everyone’s contact is one less stress for the couple and for the planner, too. It can be a real big deal if there are hundreds of guests.

We drive in a convoy, and plan the itinerary professionally in advance. Everyone gets their copies, the joining cars, as well. This way no one gets lost, but if they accidentally do, it is easy to get back on track.
