1. Medulin
Relatively close to the Hungarian border, intimate little place. Perfect for a romantic weekend. Bus rental with a driver is a good idea in case of needing a very relaxing holiday. You don’t have to drive and you can also choose the evening programme freely. You can find Pula nearby with its historical memories. It’s worth paying a visit! The beach of Bijeca is the most popular in the area. There you can comfortably go with little children, too.
2. Umag
The beach of the Stella Maris Resort is especially recommended for families. You can choose from many sport opportunities, visit a fair or travel with a mini train.
3. Malinska
This wonderful sandy beach is located at Krk island. The island is easily approachable from the motorway. There is a bridge you don’t even need to take the ferry. If you’d like a change of scenery, Tribulje, Cizici, Zupanje can be found nearby, famous for their sandy beaches and other spectacles.
4. Crikvenica
Perfect for a long wekend! The climate is lovely there, therefore it is often a popular destination for families with little children. Little ones and big ones can also find exciting entertainment here.
5. Mali Losinj
Mali Losinj is known as the most popular resort at the island. It has many beaches, the best from all is Cikta. Mostly attracts young party people because of the active nightlife.
6. Lopar
Lopar is located on the Rab island. Its most popular beach is Rajska, which is 1,5 km long. Children love this beach because it is possible to walk through the shallow water to the neighbouring island. It is an unforgetable experience. A couple of quiet places, ideal for romantic holidays: Mundanije, Banjol, Supetarska Draga, Kampor, Barbat.
7. Omis
Fantastic place for surfers! But if you like historical memories, you are going to find many interesting things here, as well. The estuary is a wonderful sight, don’t miss out on it!
8. NIn
Many kilometers long, natural sandy beach. Mostly recommended for families with little ones. Many tourists like it because it lies nearby to Zadar.
9. Biograd
The city’s most beautiful beaches are Soline and Pakostane. Calm, lovely relaxing place for the elderly.
10. Zadar
and the Zaton holiday Resort with its wonderful beach. Never ending opportunities for sightseeing and entertainment. A really popular destination!
11. Zlatni Rat
is located on the Brac island. Although is it not sandy, but covered with tiny little pebbles, a lot of people like it because of the beautiful surrounding area.
